Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of sooneranyway.garden and the referral service Sooneranyway Floor Coating offers through it. By browsing the site, calling its number or sending a form, you accept them. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Sooneranyway Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coating providers. We do not sell coatings, prepare or coat floors, or repair concrete. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.

Providers Are Independent

Every provider you are referred to is a separate company. Each one is solely responsible for its quotes, prices, scheduling, products, workmanship, warranties, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct providers. We make no promises about their availability, timing, work or results.

Before hiring, check credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

Information Only

Content on this site is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. Any cost figures are typical U.S. ranges that vary by job. They are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider.

Acceptable Use

Give accurate information. Use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt it or try to access areas you are not authorized to use.

Contact by Phone, Text or Email

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we refer you to may reach you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be logged or recorded for quality and billing. To stop further contact, email contact@sooneranyway.garden.

Ownership

The site's content and design belong to Sooneranyway Floor Coating or its licensors. Commercial copying or reuse needs our permission.

Limit of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Sooneranyway Floor Coating is not liable for loss or damage tied to your use of the site, a provider's products or services, or any agreement between you and a provider. The site is provided "as is", without warranties.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the site afterward, you accept the revised version.
